  • To form a non-profit association for the purpose of providing education, programs, material and opportunities which will enable members of the Chapter to learn and apply the principles and techniques of effective property management and to broaden their knowledge in the field through effective interchange of ideas and methodology of the National Association.
  • To promote, enhance, encourage and unite the property management profession.
  • To maintain and improve sound business practices and to foster high standards of professional conduct within the membership through encouragement of high personal standards and moral integrity in accordance with the NPMA Code of Ethics.
  • To further the knowledge of industrial, commercial, institutional and Government property management of all types, including personal and real property.
  • To encourage the understanding of viewpoints, problems and ideas among personnel of the Government, industry, institutions, and the general public.
  • To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between industry, institutions, and Government personnel conducive to the establishment of more effective working relationships.
  • To further the knowledge of and promote appropriate utilization of both physical and fiscal systems for improved property management.
